Why does it prompt "The task name already exists" when create a new task?

Question: Why dose the software prompt me "The task name already exists" when I create a new task? I can not find a task with the same name in All Active Tasks category.



Answer: One possible reason is that there is a task with the same name in the Deleted Tasks category.

Using the name of an existent task is not allowed. The software will compare the names of the tasks in the task list including All Active Tasks and Deleted Tasks. If you want to create a new task with the same name of the removed task, please Permanently delete the removed task or change its name.
